• Name, email, phone number and delivery/billing address.
• Order details, product choices, delivery and fitting notes.
• Account details, wishlist and product reviews (including photos you upload).
• Messages you send us and newsletter preferences.
• Technical data such as device, browser and pages visited.

We use your data to process and deliver orders (contract), send order confirmations, delivery and fitting updates (contract), handle warranty claims and keep accounting records (legal obligation), improve our website and prevent fraud (legitimate interests), and send marketing emails only where you have agreed (consent).

We never sell your personal data.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Klarna and Clearpay process data when you choose them. We do not receive or store your full card number. These providers act under their own privacy policies.

Only trusted providers who help us run the business: payment processors, our delivery and fitting teams, website hosting and database providers, email services and address lookup (Google). They may only use your data to provide services to us.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your bag and wishlist. Payment providers may set cookies needed for secure checkout and fraud prevention. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

Order and financial records are kept for six years to meet UK tax law. Account data is kept while your account is active. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Our site uses encrypted connections, access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant Stripe.
